Times Biotech Successfully Passed the FSSC22000 Unannounced Inspection

From May 11th to 12th, 2022, FSSC22000 auditors conducted an unannounced inspection of our production plant in Daxing Town, Ya’an,Sichuan Province.

The auditor arrived at our company at 8:25 a.m. on May 11 without prior notice, and organized a meeting of the company’s food safety team and management at 8:30 to implement the next audit steps and audit content.

In the next two days, the auditors strictly reviewed the following aspects of our company one by one according to the inspection standard of FSSC22000:

1: Production process control, including production planning, production process control, infrastructure, process operating environment, etc.;

2: Business management process, including customer needs, customer complaints, customer satisfaction, etc.;

3: Purchasing control process and incoming goods acceptance process, quality management process (incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product release, monitoring and measurement resources, documented information), equipment maintenance, etc.

4: Food safety team personnel, warehousing and transportation management personnel, top management/food safety team leader, human resource management process and other personnel and human resource management, etc.

The audit process was strict and meticulous, no major non-conformities were found in this unannounced inspection. The entire production process was operated in strict accordance with the requirements of the quality management system. The production service process, procurement process, warehousing, human resources and other processes were controllable, and Times Biotech successfully passed the FSSC22000 unannounced inspection.
